Walter William Ntimane – Walter began his career with a Degree in Human Resources Man-agement. He also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Management. He serves in the board of the company as Director: Operations. Ntimane has been in the field of international trade for a period exceeding ten (10) years. He served the South African Revenue Services under its Customs wing overseeing its imports and export business for a period of eight (8) years. During his stay with the government agency, he has explored the various units within customs thereby gaining ample knowledge in the field of freight move-ment. With his experience he was head-hunted for challenging positions within the shipping industry and as a result joined various reputable clearing and forwarding agencies before joining SouthPole Freight and Logistics . Ntimane bought a 20% stake in the organisation and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business as Chief Operations Officer.



Vivian Ragolane — Bachelor of Business Administration. She serves in the board of the company as Director: Administration. She oversees the smooth administration of the company and its activities as well as applying proper controls on management of funds. Vivian has served in the Government of the Republic in various capacities for more than fourteen (14) years. During this period she served as projects offi-cer within the department of Trade and Industry responsible for Exports Growth Projects and later transferred to Industry Development section. She also served in the National Health Department’s Pharmaceutical division dealing with administration and control of im-ported medicine and health products. With her knowledge in Import and Exports business she and her associates saw a need to start their own concern, hence, SouthPole Freight and Logistics. Vivian holds a 60 % share in the company.



Pinnacle Import and Exports CC — has a 20% shareholding in the company. Pinnacle is based in Johannesburg with its offices in Edenvale. The company is not fully involved in the operations as it came in as an Investment partner, however, sits in all board meetings as a shareholder. Pinnacle has been around for the last eleven (11) years. The company’s core business is in imports and export. It has served as a major supplier to local retailers and the Southern Af-rican region, particularly in the garment sector.
